At Blackline, we operate exclusively at the intersection of high-stakes litigation, complex private matters, and strategic intelligence.

To maintain the integrity, discretion, and focus our clients expect, a minimum retainer of $150,000 USD is required for all engagements.

This retainer ensures priority access to our investigative network and covers strategic planning, execution, and high-level reporting throughout the engagement. We work only with a limited number of clients at a time to guarantee results without compromise.
